How does shipping and delivery work at BarkyLab?

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We work with different transit partners, so please look in your email for which one is relevant for your specific case.

Please note, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations depending on stock availability — this helps us get your full order to you as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Worldwide): Most orders are delivered within 15 days, though we advise allowing up to 18 days depending on your location and local courier services.

Please Note: Some orders can take up to 20 days due to high order volume and updated tariff regulations.

Express Shipping: Not currently offered, but we’re working on it!

Important Notes:

Delivery times do not include the initial dispatch window.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, shipping and dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Please note: If you ordered after the 8th of December, we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
